Favorite Parts of ABA:
I enjoy various aspects of ABA, but my most favored would be the aspect of collaboration! Whether it is among the family, clinical teams, or other environmental supports; this is one of the most vital aspects of ABA to ensure the growth and progress of each person receiving services. ABA supports the notion that we all need someone and the team always works best with all hands on deck!
Interests Outside of Work:
I really enjoy working out and being active! Swimming, ziplining, and anything else adventurous you can think of.
What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:
ABtA’s mission to enhance the lives of the children we serve and to unlock potential is a monumental mission and goal. I love that the work we do helps the families we serve and also applies to us as employees. I love knowing that the work that I am doing is so much bigger than me and the impact is one that causes ripples and lasts a lifetime!
