I love the way that ABtA embodies its mission statement and implements its core values every day.  ABtA’s mission to create an inclusive environment as it promotes everyone’s differences shows me that I am truly valued in my place of work. ABtA’s primary goal is to ensure that our learners and their families feel supported and are treated with the utmost respect. The collaboration between ABtA staff and families allows us to give our learners the best quality of service. All in all, I feel accepted, appreciated, and excited to see my growth within a well-established company.
