Favorite Parts of ABA:

I find the greatest satisfaction in ABA when collaborating with families and providers to create a cohesive team for learners. Teaching new skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and targeting communication are sources of fulfillment for me, especially when we achieve those “AHA” moments each day. I thrive on the opportunity to be creative and tailor interventions to the unique needs of each individual.

Interests Outside of Work:

I enjoy quality time with friends and family,  traveling and exploring new places, supporting my husband coach lacrosse at High Point (go panthers!) & hiking with my dogs Lola and Annie.

What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:

At ABtA I found an agency whose mission of evidenced based, ethical family centered programs is synonymous with my own frame of reference from which I operate. The safe, welcoming family like environment that the  company has created makes it possible for all learners and staff alike to continue to thrive.
