What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:

ABtA strives to make significant, meaningful and lifelong changes for the learners we serve and that’s the exact reason I got into the ABA field. I resonated with ABtA’s mission and core values as they were all the characteristics I look for in a company. We strive to provide the highest quality & most ethical services with dignity and compassion for all our families and learners. Our families are at the core of our treatment plans and remain a large voice in all that we do, which is so important in our field. In the same token, ABtA strives to provide a positive work environment for not only our families but our employees as well. I enjoy working for a company that puts teamwork at the forefront and cares so deeply for its employees on top of their learners. I love being a part of the ABtA family!
