What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:

ABtA mission and values further motivate me to give my best to our learners and my fellow employees. Working with families means putting people first. Working for a company that values dignity and compassion so highly is important in achieving that, and the results are evident! Learners and practitioners of ABA are both able to thrive when upholding dignity, compassion, and inclusivity are the foundation for our relationships with each other. ABtA’s emphasis on assent-based care allows us to listen and learn what is important to our learners and how we can best serve them individually, as well as build a high-level of trust with our learners. It is wonderful to see how ABtA’s core values foster a positive environment for both learners and employees, and contribute to our mission of making a positive, meaningful impact on the lives of learners and their families.
