Favorite Parts of ABA:
My favorite parts of ABA and my role is cultivating relationships, building trust with families and celebrating differences. I truly enjoy being the first point of contact for prospective families and future learners. Whether seeking a diagnostic assessment or dipping in the unknown waters of ABA, it can bring feelings of uncertainty, confusion and overwhelm.
In my role, I truly value being a listening ear, expressing compassion and empathy while ensuring parents, caregivers and families that ABtA is not just an organization, but a BIG happy family!
Interests Outside of Work:
While I am not busy being a mom to our beautiful, blended family of nine children, I enjoy the beach, cooking/baking new recipes, and spending time with family and friends!
What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:
To me, ABtA’s mission means inclusion, compassion and providing a nurturing environment for all. My biggest motto that I apply to everyday life is that “Everybody is somebody’s SOMEBODY!” ABtA embraces that mindset while providing our families, learners and employees with a place to call home. For me, that is something I am grateful and blessed to be a part of!
