Their trauma-assumed approach and emphasis on individuality are some of the main reasons I love working for ABTA. We emphasize the importance of collaboration with our learner’s families every step of the way and ensure all our interventions are socially significant. I also love how ABTA is always open to change and growth as an agency, ensuring ethical responsibility and competence in this ever-changing field.
