Favorite Parts of ABA:

I have been working with families of children on the autism spectrum for 15 years, all of this time was spent in settings that utilized ABA practices. I think my favorite part of the work I do has always been cultivating that relationship with the families as a whole. For some families an autism diagnosis can be intimidating and I have always loved being the person to introduce them to what a well run ABA program can do to help their child.

Interests Outside of Work:

Outside of work my hobbies have turned into finding all of the things that my 1 year old likes to do! Other than that our family loves baseball, finding new music, and exploring new places!

What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:

ABtA’s mission really hits home for me because it is so important that families know the people they’re entrusting their child to always has their best interest at heart. Being able to be a part of a company that is so committed to compassionate and ethical care with an emphasis on learner dignity is something I am grateful for.
