What ABtA’s Mission and Values Mean to Me:
The family centered environment really sticks out to me. ABtA focuses on the needs of not only the learner, but the family as a whole. As a result, the learner has a substantial amount of support coming from each direction. The better supported the learner is, the more receptive they will be to learning new skills! I feel satisfied knowing that I’m a part of a company that strives for inclusiveness and family participation.
