ABA Therapy Cost
ABA Therapy Cost
One of our most frequently asked questions is: How much does ABA therapy cost? Like nearly every cost-related question in the medical field, the answer is: It depends. We’ll address a number of questions related to the cost of ABA therapy for autism on this page. If you have questions not covered here, please reach out to our team! Support starts here.
The cost of ABA therapy with insurance can vary widely, but many plans cover a significant portion (if not all) of the expense. The cost depends on each individual’s insurance plan. Our intake team can contact your insurance company to find out the details of your coverage.

North Carolina families can use ESA+ scholarship funds to pay for certain qualifying education expenses, such as educational therapy, tutoring and supplemental teaching services, and transportation to and from an educational activity, subject to review and approval by SEAA.

Building Bridges & BRIDGES
At A Bridge to Achievement, we offer two comprehensive ABA therapy programs for autistic learners. Building Bridges is an early intervention program for ages 3 to 6; BRIDGES is for preteens, teenagers, and young adults.
Building Bridges is a fun, preschool alternative and Kindergarten-readiness program available Monday through Friday. Learners spend an average of 30 hours a week working one-on-one and in small groups with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Individualized ABA therapy treatment plans are determined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the learner’s family.
Building Bridges is offered at all ABtA learning centers.
The BRIDGES program utilizes individualized ABA therapy plans to teach and reinforce skills relevant to the everyday lives of older learners. Therapeutic services are delivered one-on-one and in small group settings with the aim of promoting autonomy, self-sufficiency, and empowerment. The perfect complement to homeschool curriculum, BRIDGES is available 6+ hours every weekday.
BRIDGES is offered at our Charlotte and Winston-Salem centers.
