At A Bridge to Achievement, we strive to positively impact the lives of learners on the Autism Spectrum by unlocking their highest potential and creating significant, meaningful, and life-long changes.

Our Beginnings

Our founder and CEO, Dana Alley, has experienced firsthand how ABA transformed the life of her son with autism.

Dana dedicated herself to advocating for services to help her son, and learners like him, achieve their full potential.

She built a diverse network of support that she now shares with families facing similar challenges in the greater Winston-Salem and Charlotte areas of North Carolina.

Dana started A Bridge to Achievement to provide families access to timely and high-quality ABA services.

Her unique perspective as a parent drives our agency’s commitment to family-centered services which is one of the many things that sets A Bridge to Achievement apart from other providers.

Our Difference

Our leadership team is composed of Board Certified Behavior Analysts with over 40+ years of combined experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with a multitude of expertise areas, making ABtA a well-rounded, comprehensive ABA organization.

We pride ourselves on clinical collaboration to ensure the most up-to-date and ethical evidence-based practices with an emphasis on assent and trauma-assumed care.

Our core values are evident at all levels of our organization, and every decision that we make is in the best interest of our learners and our team members: our people are our driving force.
